The journey to wellness is an 8-week programme designed to balance your hormones and to switch on the genes that create health.

Your body changes as you age, and fluctuations in your hormones can affect your metabolism and digestion.

A plant-based diet (nutrient-dense, calorie-poor) will switch on more than 500 genes that create health and switch off more than 200 genes that create cancers. We will introduce the foods that help improve, reverse, and prevent some of these ailments.

The good news is you can feel fabulous, and in this course, you will receive a blueprint to enhance and optimise your wellness with all the knowledge, tips, and know-how to make that happen.
If you want to remain vibrant and healthy, you need to make some dietary and lifestyle adjustments, and that is what this course is all about. Each week will bring you a step closer to balancing your hormones, regenerating your brain, gut, heart, liver, and more.
