Refund Policy

Our Grounds Holdings (Pty) Ltd Refunds & Returns Policy

Please contact us at orders@our-grounds.com should you wish to request a refund & return your Our Grounds Online order. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund, replacement or exchange if:

• You have the original invoice
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
  Note:
• Refunds will be made via EFT.
• Certain items cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons
• Recipe packs and healing programs cannot be refunded.
• Defective goods can be returned within 1 month of the date of purchase if:
• You have the original invoice
• The goods have been used for their intended purpose and cared for as per the product instructions
  Note:
• You will have the choice to have returned goods replaced or refunded
• We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment

Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the R120 delivery fee should you choose to cancel your order.
