Bea has played an integral role in the development of OG Wellness. From being a Co-Author on the

8 Week Programme to becoming a Representative bringing in many agents and wellness practitioners to our business; but this just scratches the surface compared to what she does with the rest of her time. Enjoy a deep delve into why she’s our ‘Queen of Hormones’.

Bea has been on her own PCOS journey for almost 10 years now, researching all the possible solutions to this syndrome. Each journey starts with becoming conscious. It’s in the observation of self that she started uncovering one solution after the other. She followed her passion and made a big decision- leaving the ‘corporate world’, this Environmental Scientist becomes a woman’s health practitioner.

She followed her passion and qualified as a Holistic Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor- the scientist in her wanted qualifications to ‘back-up’ her knowledge of PCOS and hormones, before starting The Healthy Hormone Club.

Amazing what change is possible when you start to walk a journey listening to your body and understanding your inner flow.

The club turns 3 this year and Bea continues ahead stronger than ever before. Touring the country teaching ‘healthy hormones’ from Sandton to Uniondale to Cape Town. She’s a force in wellness South Africa for truth and simplicity. Incorporating her principles in your life are easier than you might think, quickly seeing changes in how you take on the world in your true feminine power.
